I can see it now. You round the tip heading out East for a day of Tuna fishing and see boats setting up chum slicks screaming at you to get out of the slick over the radio!!!

FWIW - last week we rolled into the mile exclusion zone around Easy Does It and stopped well outside the coast guard circle which was perhaps closely protecting a 5-600 yard zone.

That boat blew by us at 20 knots; waked us and buzzed right into the inner zone where the USCG cut him off hard.

What a dick!
