XM or Sirius??

FINALLY...The shrink wrap just came off.

Now all the stuff goes back in, including a new stereo. I'm planning to go satelite this year. And with all the confusion re. XM vs Sirius (now they're merging?). What do folks recommend on a boat? More importantly, which one has the Sox and the Pats?

as long as you have the electronics to support the xm weather it will overlay on the chartplotter.

I heard they are merging and it is approved by the FCC, XM stays and Sirius will be going the way of Betamax and HD/DVD.

The justice dept. approved the merger, now on to the FCC. Once it is complete you will have the best of both worlds. It should not take more than six months.
