XM or Sirius??

I'm not sure what's going to happen when/if they merge...they're talking about some kind of a la carte deal that you can pick and choose the individual programs, and all will run on either equipment. The Sox/Pats thing isn't easy- NFL is on Sirius and MLB is on XM for now...I have Sirius and love the programming, not sure about XM.

I added that to Seaker last season when I swapped out the towers GPS unit and went to a Garmin with XM weather capabilities. Need only add the hockey puck antena with that one and it's the balz. It's nice to watch thunder cells and plot where they are heading

I have Sirius on the boat and in the truck . I prefer it over XM , I had them both at one time ( the truck came with XM free for 4 months). They are pullling the weather from the same place so it will be the same no matter which one you get. As I understand it Sirius is buying XM not vice versa. And yes you need to see what your electronics will support.
