Anyone know who built the house in the third picture from top posted by SoBo? Or is it an extended Nauset-built?

That looks like one of Ron Menard's original CC 26's. I would guess that he built the house too.
Dan - watch out talking to gotofish about these things.
Next thing you know, you'll be mounting a greenstick to the back of the house.
Hey Danny, The mechanic in me wants to remind you to think about access to the engine and how the pilot house may effect that. Keep in mind you may have to remove that engine some day, the way that the house is mounted could make that job a nightmare. Make sure you will have good access to the oil filter, belts, spark plugs and sea water pump.
All have been acounted for Dave. Right now the console is hinged in the front allowing the entire console to hinge forward for engine access. It also has a removable seat forward so that you can get at the front of the engine rather easily and a door in the rear allowwing access to rhe rear of the moter. I am going to incorporate both of those into my pilot house so I don't think access is going to be any different than it is now.
Pic 3 is a CC 26. It was named Tuna Tickler and run as a charther boat out of Ryder's Cove. I used to swing by to take a look whenever I was in there. The house looked pretty original, but the boat was older, so I cannot be sure if they were from the same generation or it was a later/early addition.
I believe the boat was sold last year, but it was still back in Ryder's Cove. I do not know who bought it. I know the guy who sold it used to live on 39 near the Orleans/Harwich line (saw it in the yard a couple of times). No idea if he was the original owner.
House was pretty sweet and he used a 1/2 bonar box as the seat.
