Southport, Thanks 3 weeks still married . My shop is located in Falmouth just off of Route 28. I am thinking about having an open house or 1st annual X-mas party sometime in December. Just to get a group of all us together, to talk shop, rigging techniques etc. in the middle of winter to shake off the cabin fever before the show season starts for me in January.

Staying in tune to what is happening out there (from all you guys and pro-staff) is key for me to stay on top of tackle development. There is always a few laughs and plenty of fish stories to be had at the Headquarters on any given day.

Last year the water at the figs on 11/30 was 51 We broke ice in Ryders cove. We didm't see any tuna but 2 days later 2 friends of mine caught 60" class fish. The year before my last trip was Nov 8 the year before the 7th. Deer season gets in the way now but in the 70's and 80's we did get tuna in early Dec. out of Chatham while we were groundfishing. You cannot target them that late because the numbers are not there. But you do have small pods of big fish at times!
I've caught 40" fish in 43 degree water and gbft's in 41 degree water. Neither day was shorts weather
