What do you need?

I finally have the opportunity to get into tuna fishing again, but this time I have my own boat! I grew up fishing for tuna off the coast of Maryland, now I live in Maine. I have looked all over the Maine Rec. Fishing website (esp. the "fishing for large pelagic species" page), and the NOAA website. I know I will need to buy a permit from NOAA, but what other safety gear is required? Coldwater suits? Eprib? Life Raft? I can't wait to get out there again, I just want to make sure I am 1. safe and 2. following all rules and regs. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

For rec fishing all you will need is your standard USCG safety equipement for your boat. Good luck and have some fun! Capt. Eric
