Wanted Full Time Mate

Hello, My name is Corey Carlson i am eighteen years old and i can be on the boat 24/7 365. I am a full time deckhand for the sunbeam fleet during the summer months and work on commercial monkfishing boats durring the winter. I have also worked deck on other fishing boats including the american classic. Ive done alot of canyon fishing and cod fishing is one of my favorites. When im not fishing i am working on my recently started tackle company, c- creature tackle. I have no problem relocating to mass. from here in ct....I would kill for this opportunity and I would love to prove myself on a well established boat...I have no obligations here in ct and could leave tonight if i was asked....i dont claim to know it all and i will always keep learning however i do feel i am a good deckhand with great people skills and i could bring alot to the table. Corey - One thing I didn't see in your post was "Coffee Run" experience. That's the secret ingredient to big Greg's recipe right there. The man has a Dunkis IV rigged up to him at ALL times.

CAUGHT A WHITE MARLIN ON THAT PARTICULAR BAIT THE VERY NEXT DAY....OF COURSE THAT WAS ....UH...IN THE EARLY 80'S IF I RECALL AND THE FISH WERE THICK THICKE THICK....

I maybe a little bias because I'm Corey's father but, I will tell you this.
He loves to fish. I started as a mate when I was very young and have been
a captain for 25 years, running the Sunbeam for the last 15 years.
I have never known anybody that wants to fish more than Corey. He will
fish doubles on the Sunbeam and then take my boat out at night.
He would fish 365 days a year if he could. Plus he's good,
I trained him.

I'll answer the question some of you are asking yourself.
I run the night bass trips. Corey loves to fish for cod and tuna.
