Don't let you thing this decision puts this as over, they will wait till the hearings with Lubchenco are over in October and other things are done along making sure there is ample public notice first.

Hi Dave! thanks for the post. Couple of questions?

1. Where does the Stellwagen sanctuary get their money from. Am I supporting this group throught TAX Money?

2. I will be sending e-mail to my sen/reps but need to know facts.

3. What does this group actually do. Rep Gerry Studds (who orig put this through congress )put into original Santuary law that the bank would always be open to fishing, I believe. (saw your coment on reading up on orig law, where can I find it? if known.)If they are receiving federal money, perhaps this would be a good time for Obama to eliminate a wasteful orginizatation.

Just read the decision. You are correct. only on their back burner for now. I see Conservation Law Foundatation is supporting them. How do we put that orginization out of business? where do they get their money? getting me crazy! ( or crazier! lol)
