    Just curious, if the permit is assigned to the boat, would it be legal even if they had a permit. It's the same thing as taking a tuna in a boat that has no permit, right?

    I may be jumping the gun on this one but this fish had to be caught from a boat. I don't believe there is a permit that is good for an individual person and since they were not in a boat then I think the law was broken. I'd like to see what others think on this one.
