    Tomorrow

Might give tuna a shot tomorrow does anyone have any intel on where the bite has been? Is P-Town still worth a shot or is that bite over? Wind has kept us on shore so anything would help

    Willing to share tomorrow

    Miss Loretta 68 or 69

    Thanks
    Jason

I know where they weren't, last Tuesday, Crab Ledge, BB, Sword, BC and Nauset. If you go, let us know. I'm contemplating one last trip in the Bay.

Sorry capt I didn't see this before I left we fished way inside of the Bay found miles of bait Mac's Herring and a few other species mixed in. Din't see any signs of tuna at all. Back at the dock the trailer winch cable snapped when pulling the boat it kills me to say but probably a sign its time to pack it in for the year.

    Take care

wednesday 11/16 we fished the SWC and points west, no joy on the tuna. saw a good solid mark streaking upward on the finder near our deep baits (mackerel) and 2 minutes later we had some brief action on what may have been a porbeagle or bluedog before we got bit off. that was the big excitement of the day other than the several pods of dolphins by the gurnet feeding on halfbeaks. we tossed our leftover mackerel at them, trying to feed them. very cool sight.
    BTW
catching mackerel was incredibly easily, whole basketball teams coming up on all the sabiki hooks

Came tight on the high ground of SWC, early in the am well trolling xraps, lost it after a short fight. The amount of mackeral on the SWC was ridiculous, we were snagging them one after another on Ron-Zs haha. Also pulled up some cod that were spitting out squid on there way up, plenty of bait but not only a couple signs of chuckie.

Yes me too if we didn't end the last trip with boat issues we would still be going. A couple of years ago we had our last hook up on Dec 2 or 3rd on a naked Ballyhoo ended up pulling the hook but still a nice early Christmas present.

Have a safe winter and if your still fishing good luck

Was discussing with the guy across the dock from me some old stories about how late people used to fish.

Some of the guys in Green Harbor hooked up and landed a giant at the H buoy on Christmas sometime in the 80s.
