Just a little report.

The Jenny Lee headed out of Green Harbor at 00:00 looking for macks. We jigged with sabikis and xmas trees out front by a few of the rockpiles with no luck. We were marking tons of bait, but could get no love. We even sent down a snagger just to see what that bait was on the fish finder, and still no luck.

0400 we headed E to the SWE and put in Good n plenty bars and a medium sand eel rubber waaay back. Nothing. We changed the spread a few times and nothing.

We called it at 1130 and headed back to GH.

We saw a few, and I do mean a few, whales. Low bird activity and even then they were searching and not actively feeding. We saw no fish in the water or on the screen.

Basically, it was the exact opposite of how things have been lately. They saw everything and caught nothing. We saw nothing, but at least we were still able to catch nothing.

The new OR worked fantastic. I have Lee 19' extra stiff with mono halyards fitted to Harken roller bearing micro blocks. It all worked well and in that regard, I think the Jenny Lee is dialed in and ready for blood, oops, I mean measuring.

Thanks for posting. The run and gunners must have filled their books for this week and next and/or have nothing positive to report. Hopefully, the bite returns.
