We were out on SWC early and managed a couple bites on live baits @ 8 AM. Landed the dominant 65" class fish, this one was a racer, very lean. Tried giving leftover pogies away but lost radio contact with boat that wanted them. Fleet sounded slow on radio, lots of trollers, some unaware of what kites are......

We landed one early, handed off our pogies to some random boat, and got home early...love days like that!
