Could still work with the LN2 if after the initial cryo freeze it was put into the deep freeze essentially warming it from ~77K to -50F. I looked into the CAS from above and this is not for the home yet. It will be in the future and will revolutionize the presevation of foods like sushi and others. Very expensive now ~$150K. LN2 is fairly cheep and I have access to it through my buisiness. I am going to experiment with this over the next few months.
