We fished the SWC /NOTCH on saturday morning, with the amount of bait out there and the early morning fog we decided to load up on macks . We had no problem putting about 18 into the well . Well loaded we heade for the bank in the fog ( still surprises me the boats that run around out there in the fog without radar) trolled bars up until the slack , was real slow didnt see much or hear much on the radio. After the slack we decide we would try and find fish breakin and toss macks into them. we find one pod that was briefly busting on the surface , get up wind and toss the macks, nothing. Kept lookin, find a few smaller boats casting and one guy hooked up , so we tried the macks again only to have them eaten by doggies.
It is tough out there, the water temp was 69 to 70 from the SWC to NWC
