Stellwagen tuna charter or deckhand availability Thurs or Fri (10/28 or 10/29)?

My Dad flew out from Chicago to fish but given the weather and the fact that it's just the 2 of us (he's in his 70's) I decided to book a charter... Unfortunately my captain had an accident and is in the hospital (hope you're doing OK if you're reading this!)

So... trying to see if anyone fishing Stellwagen for tuna happens to be available Thursday (tomorrow) or Friday.

Alternatively if an experienced deck hand is available, we could go on my boat (Boston whaler 28 Conquest), but I'm worried the ride will be too rough for him, so a charter would be better.

So nice to hear you taking care of your Dad. I think we often forget how much we owe our parents. How many times did they wake up in the middle of the night to wipe our butts and feed us. Often we take them for granted. Good on ya!! ..and tight lines!!

Unfortunately I couldn't get my dad on a fish today, but we had an awesome day on the Laura Jay anyways (coincidentally a father & son team)! Huge kudos to Don & Jay - we were in the right place at the right time, but the fish just weren't biting.

Anyways, we learned a ton and we're already planning for next June.
