Stellwagen sharking yesterday

I had a group of four yesterday looking for some shark action. Took a ride east of the bank to an area that's been pretty steady for blue shark. After getting the slick started we were on a fast drift. Didn't take long for the blue dogs to find us, and before long everyone in the group got to reel in some nice fish. A couple were pushing 12 feet.

Before going through the batting order again I made a quick move hoping to find something a little different. It worked, and we were rewarded with this nice Mako. 78" fish to end the day.

I've been trying all season to button up a mako but I've had no luck.
