One 3/4 mile drift over the shoal water produced our 60 fish limit. About as good as it can get. We got a solid bunch of fish over 10 lbs and maybe a half dozen that were in the high teens. A move to the east to grab haddock wasn't all that fruitful. We got a couple but the area had mostly cod so we called it and scooted home. Sun broke through and made for a pretty ride home

Just curious- did you bring a ham out there with you?

when do you guys start seeing bigger fish?

I rarely get large cod on the bank. Later in the summer, they can be caught a little out to the east. Sorry, about the lack of pics but it was busy busy while we were catching them.
