Where is this forecast from, its very detailed.
Having to pick between the two days, I'm headed out on Monday. Wind models have been consistently good for that day.

Bouyweather uses the same GFS and NAM data from NOAA, but presents it differently. You pick a location by clicking on a map and finding the closest "virtual bouy". Then it generates a forecast based on the model data for that specific spot. You can view all the data in a table or graphs. What you see above is specifically for a virtual bouy located at 42.5º N / 70.25º W
(Stellwagen, Northside).
Check it out. It's free for 1 or 2 day forecasts. The subscription service ($10/month) provides long range forecasts. I use it all the time. And it looks like I'm not the only one.

I don't know if this link will work. But here's NOAAs GFS (graphic) model. It's cool.
