Had a few hours to take a ride out in the crummy weather. Wind and rain combined with a lack of a keeper made it miserable out there. Fished on the high ground in the middle of the sw corner. Nice to see a decent amount of sand eels but did not mark many tunas and certainly no big ones. Caught two fish around 58 - 60 inches in 4 hours of fishing. Both fish were caught on kited pogies. Not a sniff as far as I could tell on the floaters. Nobody else stupid enough to be out there.

Nice going John. I was behind a desk all day so I'd take being wet with 2 rec fish any day!

We were heading out there yesterday but turned around, not my choice, but then again it wasn't my boat. Got a bunch of bait early and started to steam, didnt get very far before the cap pulled the plug. Guess thats what happens when the capt is constantly seasick
