Congrat Dan. It must feel good after some early season frustration to get that monkey off your back.

I am still waiting to get one jigging or popping.... Must have been fun!

    WTG Dan,

I thought I saw the tuna flag flying from your outrigger when I pulled down the fairway.

Outstanding job. I hope to get on the board soon myself!

shearwaters are not stupid by any means; they have the same damned eye as a bluefish and the second you let your guard down they will turn their head about 270 degrees and take a blood sample from your hand.

How do I know - I am only 7 for 8 on clean shearwater releases this year Avian flu anyone?

I swear the bird was released un-harmed.

Apparently they also can't get out of the way of a boat going 30+ knots either.
