161 mako overall leader after day one,147 mako second place 128 mako third.Guys are complaining that they cant get there baits down to the threshers because of the
huge influx of blue sharks 40 to 50 bites a boat!!!must suck fighting blue sharks the whole time you are on a drift!I would take my whole bait sinker and leader put in in a brown grocery bag wrop it tight to the top put an extra sinker in there and drop it straight down as fast as it would go in an attempt to get my bait past the blue dogs the bag will come off with a couple of good tugs on the rod once it is down there!!!

guys going as high north as inside fingers and gordons gully and still getting hook ups? or where they going to the fingers...? i am going out tomorrow and not positive where i want to go yet?
