Yep, your gonna need stitches
spreader bars
I want to try different flexs of titanium in different positions of the spread. Do you guys thing this would make a difference having certain bars for different positions in the spread? I am not talking about color but the rigidity of the bars. Does anyone know what the standard gauge titanium is used for bars?
thanks nick

1/8" commercial grade titanium

I would trust AT on having the correct bar diameter.
You may have trouble changing gages because you won't be able to find other components to fit. (Swivels)
The stiffness of the bar does not only depend on the diameter, higher elastic modulus materials are also key. But Titanium is not higher than steel.
Titanium has a modulus of 1.6e7 with density of .16 lb/in3
Stainless ~ 2.8e7 with density of .29 lb/in3
Most Titaniums have a yield strength double that of stainless so it can flex more and return to its original shape.
If you are looking for more rigidity in a 1/8" diameter rod you will need to go to a composite.

I think Admin is going to let me have this space
What kinds of bars? Those big "out east" bars with big squids or sparse canyon style bars? And how long, 16", 36", 48"?
