There are some monsterous bait balls just south of the vineyard they are mackeral I can guarentee it. The bait has moved in from the 50fa edge up to about 20fa so anytime now we should start seeing them up in cape cod bay and on stellwagon. Also saw some great marks in vineyard sounds some good herring schools with bass underneath.

Can't wait for the schools to move up north and inshore a little more. Pretty soon the boat will splash and the fish will hit the deck.

you cape boys should take a ride around the sound... there are a good number if big bait schools around and from what im hearing the squid have made an appearance to the west..
