    Yeah, that could be the worst of all this...the crazies capitalizing on the spill hysteria to try to scare people into changing Regs.

    Bottom line is we still don't know enough about their spawning, so it's all a guessing game at this point.

    No, he was talking about the fact that the enviros are using this to try and stop tuna fishing. Read the article. Nobody would deny that this disaster will cause (and already is causing) horrible implications for that region and anywhere else the oil goes and BP better be held responsible. But CBD using this to further their goal of stopping people from tuna fishing is absurd.
