Smaller boat Towing service East of Chatham?

Time is coming for me to re-up my US boat towing service. I have never had to use it but always felt for $150 was a reasonable investment. Expect I will send the check tomorrow. I fish out of Ryders cove, mostly Crabs Ledge to BC and about 10 - 15 miles South of the BC, in my 21' CC. The closest US Tow port is Nantucket. I spoke to the US Boat guy in Nantucket, says he will cover that area or depending upon conditions, will tag team with the Coast Guard
What do other smaller boats do in this area?

My power has been very reliable, 2004 150 Yamaha 4-Stroke. Fuel has been good out of Ryders Cove marina (they add generic ring-free). Boat is serviced by the marina, spring and fall.
