Shout Out to the blue Regulator
Was fishing Friday at Peaked Hill Bar close to a blue Regulator (name unknown) when he hailed me on the radio to ask if I wanted his pogies because he was finishing for the day. We were getting low so I said sure and thanked him and off he went. The fish he gave us were pretty lively so we decided to switch bait. Low and behold, approximately 20 minutes after he left, up from nowhere comes "Charlie". After three swings on our farthest kite...."Fish ON" We fought for about 45 minutes and then released a nice fat 70 inch fish. In closing, there really are some nice guys out there.
Thanks to the blue Regulator!!!

They along with most of the RI guys that come up for bluefin, are just plain good people. Matt Parker is the name to thank. I sold them the bait in the morning so I take partial credit for how lively those suckers were
They were very pleased with the rec keeper they caught. Such a great fishery now!!

Glad you guys hooked up. We have been fishing up there for a while and John has always steered us right. Good mojo follows good mojo. Matt is on his way to canyons now. Tight lines-Josh/matt

good mojo
Really glad you guys hooked up with the new pogies! John Bunar is right...his pogies are top notch and usually include tuna locating beacons...
Canyon weather was outstanding and in the deep off the western edge of W Atlantis we boated 8 yellows, 1 white marlin, several mahi and lost a real good big Eye ($%#@!!)
Great day.
