thanks for the help guys, esp the tide insight! I'm gonna try the south river next behind the old buckles and boards or at the veteran's park. My goal is to get one before the flounder come outta the mud! Never realized or thought about how the tides would work far up in the brackish rivers. I'm trying to analyze it now in my fish notes. Hopefully I'll have a picture to show.

Early next week looks good for the tides.

I swung by there at 1pm on Friday and saw 6 Police cruisers parked on the Pembroke side with 3 or 4 officers walking out from the woods along the pond. Anyone have any idea what happened?

Probably high school kids drinking on Good Friday...at least that's what I'd be doing at that age on Good Friday with the day off.
