Safety Seminar ?'s

Guys-
I am looking to plan a safety seminar in Falmouth this spring.
It will be hosted by MacDougalls' Cape Cod Marine Service and your input would be really helpful on planning a great event.
I am working with Northeast Maritime Institute to possibly teach the class.

I would be interested in hearing:
What month should it be in?
How long should it last for?
What topics would you like to see covered?
Any feedback would be helpful.

My goal is to have a handful of events that the SF crowd would like to see. I am open to any and all ideas.

Duration: However long it takes for all material to be thoroughly covered

Topics: Everything pertaining to safety and survival on the water
