Returning to MA from FL

Just moved to Andover. Long time south shore fisherman that spent the last 8 years in FL. Wondering if I could get some suggestions on best marina options. We are moving to Andover and want to mimimize travel time to marina and distance to the action once I board the boat. Love fishing for cod in the spring, stripers in the summer, and moving onto blues and tuna as the water warms. Also love to drop some lobster traps in the water to fill out the live well. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
