    Post Residential Mortgages - Mass

Sorry for being off topic, but this was the best way to reach out to all of my fishing contacts online. (Hey, at least I didn't write 'Giant Tuna Landed')

Anyway, wanted to get my name out there to anyone looking to buy a house or re-finance. I'm now working in a local, well established, mortgage office providing excellent rates. I just refinanced my South Boston house in the low 4s (3/1 ARM).

Please give me a shout if you would like some information or would like me to do a preliminary estimate on what I could save you. I'm saving about $500/month, which means a few more lures/rods/reels.

There are enough of you guys on here who know that I've got a fishing problem just like you, so although its a form of solicitation, I just hope you know its me trying to make a run at a new side of the business and not treading heavily on what makes this site great. Sorry for the intrusion, look forward to hearing from you.

    Jordan,

A couple that i'm friends with are currently renters in Southie. They're in the hunt to buy a house within the next couple of months. I just passed along your info to them. Best of luck with your new endeavor.

Wink when is a bunker really a bunker?

No harm intended here, but I guess this is the place to put my hat in the ring to drum up some mortgage business as well? Step right up HomeOwners, and Homeowner Wannabees!

A little competition is good, right?

I'll beat any rate that Bernzie quotes by .125% and I'll throw in a yo-zuri product of your choosing.
