    Ramming Speed!

I kept waiting for the Japanese boat to mount the Harpoon Cannon on the bow as a follow-up to the hoses, but alas they just rammed them...

    Cool

When you think about the amount of money that these groups receive from nitwits who haven't a clue scares the crap out of me. They get boucoup bucks from millionares and little old ladies. when it comes time for one of us fishermen to donate a couple of bucks to a group, (one that speaks for fishermen),we really see where the fish hooks are....(in their pockets)...just the way it is...Tommy

those bozo's deserve what they get.

The video seems to show them moving into the whaler's path and stopping 50 yards in front.

Other tactics they employ are trailing nets and line in front of the whaler trying to get them caught in the props.

I'm no fan of the Japanese whale "research" but the tactics the Sea Shepard uses directly endanger both themselves and the whalers in 30 degree water.

And he calls himself a Captain. Guess he forgot the part about being responsable for everyone aboard his vessel.

They should change the boat name to Sea Shithead.

Agreed, watched Whale Wars a few times and they definately provoke the situation for the worse.

I agree with everyone on here.....and for the Capt of S-S, unless there's serious pay-ola involved...you really gotta pick your battles....

Alas, it's just 'made for TV'.......enjoy the show

The capt is a obnoxious egomaniac who doesn't give two shits what happens to his (inexperianced) crew & puts them in harms way! He should have his tag pulled (if he has one!)and be brought up on several different charges not supported and made into some kind of an icon. What's next? Deer wars or pheasant/duck wars? Like others have said I think it's BS how the japs are harvesting the whales in the name of research but this is just the tip of the iceburg. How about a show called protester wars where someone follows these people around and harrass them? I'll donate towards that!
