Thats nice to see they finally responded after posting this on the internet. But wait until the reel fails due to no fault by you and then see how they handle it. Return the reel and get a Stella or Van staal.

X2 ......get the Stella and return the Accurate. One fish and it blew up on Nugent and then they wouldn't fix it saying he caused the issue??????
