Haven't been on this site in a while.
As a dog lover I'm so glad Zoe is ok.
My Boxer was having a blast with the snow we got sat. Problem is eating snow not good for them and she's been sick for the past 2 days.

Not quit as serious but my beagle just got the cone off after 2 weeks from a puncture wound. We still are not sure how she got it ??? It can be very trying.

Glad to hear she is doing better.

I just saw this thread and wanted to say how happy I am for you and your pup. Dog's truly are man's best friend and my chocolate lab is an example. Congrats on a great outcome and continued health and happiness to you, your dog and your family in 2012 and beyond. This is a good omen for the coming season no doubt!

Went to see Zoe last night after work. She has lost nearly 10 lbs in a little over a week and 1/2. She has still not been able to keep any food or liquid down, and untill she can she will have to stay in the hospital. She just resently started haveing some intrest in food but only a few bites at a time. I did get her to eat about 2 tea spoons of boiled hamburger but it took 90 mins for her to eat that much, and she did not throw it up that we know of. She was happy to see us but was absolutly out of her mind to see her surprise visitor. The hospital allowed us to bring Curtis with us ). OMFG She was so happy to see him she completely ignored her peeps and the fact she has 15 staples in her belly. She was glued to Curtis the entire hour and 1/2 we were there licking his muzzle and following him around. She was so happy to see him I thought she was going to wiggle right out of her skin. Her bond with Curtis is stronger then we could have ever hoped for.. Hopfully seeing Curtis gave her the will to fight and get better so she can come home. We miss our Itty Bitty Pitty.

This is why i do what i do for my dogs.

My 14 year old is home from school sick today with a sinus infection. Zoe and Curtis have not let her out of thier sight all day.



We take care of them and they take care of us.. Worth every penny!!!
