Potential summer Mate opportunity

The job would be to act as mate (including boat cleaning, basic maintenance, organization, stocking, bait rigging, mating on offshore fishing trips, etc) for two boats located in Falmouth Harbor. The boats are located in slips side by side at MacDougalls and typically only one is utilized for offshore trips at a time. The job would start in May or early June and go until late August or early September (school schedule). Further job details will be provided. This would be a full time position with work Mon-Fri, plus fishing trips as weather dictates. These are private recreational sportfishing boats, not charters or commercial fishing vessels. The position is not for a captain.

The ideal candidate would have offshore fishing experience, boat maintenance (cleaning, organizing, gear prep etc) experience, and bait rigging knowledge. For the right motivated candidate training will be provided. The boats that would be worked on are RipDog and JSeas (35 Henriques and 45 Ocean).
