Ahh..Platts was one of my favorite places to fish when I was up north (based in Gloucester now).

In April/May we use to find tons of cusk on the bank but come June through mid August (until the blue dogs arrive) the fishing was always great for cod, pollack and haddock and a great place to find halibut, in June, as well.

Lots of structure and if you move around enough you will eventually find them. I got to take a trip out there this year just for old times sake.
