the week of sept. 26 produced an excellent run of bluefin tuna ranging between 46 inches and 70 inches. the fish were caught both trolling and jigging. the action was way south of the bar in depths of 120 feet to 140 feet. gulls and whales everywhere feeding on massive schools of sandeels. the giant bite in cape cod bay was producing on live whiting before the big tides hit. combo trips to wildcat did very well. big cod, bull haddock, giant sea pollock, huge white hake, cusk and rosies pleased. blue and porbeagle sharks everywhere. friday, oct. 14 is almost full. some of the guys want to fish two days so i have made the13 and 15 available for open combo trips. best, capt. jim
