I need a dinner which starts with a bowl of spicy tuna and a plate of sashimi.

That would be followed by Maria's sopa de pesce.

The main course would be a plate consisting of that perfect cone of yellow rice; something green and 2 perfectly grilled steaks - one of 2" thick mahi cooked through and the other of a 2" thick yellowfin steak cooked rare.

=mmmm!
