OK Sorry to have to post this one!! 7/13, trolled out of Mid Coast SW to Trinadad, swung East to over West and East Sagadaoc, Continue ESE to 100 Fathom line. Swing North, 35 miles to bald Head. Total of 121 Naut. miles. NO HITS, NO RUNS, NO ERRORS!!!!!! Saw NO tuna ! Marked NO Tuna ! NO Whales! NO Birds! Did mark Tons and Tons of DOGFISH !! Marked Very little Bait (Herring) . My theory is ,when the fish pass through they do just that!!(PASS THROUGH !!!!) The refrigerator is EMPTY!!

Word has/had it that there were a few off the fingers on the back side seen from spotter plane this past week. Heard a guy down off cape cod got 19 (nineteen) stick fish this week.

Sorry about your trip Old mud. Thanks for sharing it despite the results.

guys at the marina told me today they marked lots of fish at the fingers, finally, the water is 66 plus

Sounds like the trip we had to northern jefferies last weekend...with all the dogs chowing everything in sight, I'm wondering if the jefferies/gom area has transformed from a restaurant to a highway... "No thanks, just passing through"....it's still early though I guess. Thanks for the report, hopefully you find 'em next time!
