All right here's the deal. I have just had a cancellation for this Saturday and myself and "Tuna Fever" are. The Hyannis Anglers Club is having a school bluefin tuna Tournament, fish from 27 to under 73 inches. The entrance fee is $150.00 per person to get in and the fishing is for Saturday only with an awards Saturday night. There will also be a "calcutta", which are side bets, that you can choose to enter. I am posting this for several reasons. #1. I am open on the boat and I would love to fish the tourney. The boat fee for the tourney is $1200.00 and I will take up to 4 anglers. This only includes the boat. You would have to pay the additional $150 per angler for the tourney. So 4 guys would be $1200 plus 4 x $150 which would be $600 so $1800 total for the boat and the event for 4 guys. I will also throw this out to any one who wants to try and split this trip up and it would be $450 each. Prize money before the side bets will be somewhere around $8500 or so I think, estimate. So if you want to book the whole boat or just one person please post up here soon or call the shop. I need to know ASAP. The other think is if you have your own boat it would be fun to fish it.
