Offshore from Nantucket?

I normally launch out of Sesuit and fish CCB, Stellwagen, PHB, and round to Nauset. This Saturday, I'm moving my boat to Nantucket for 2 weeks. Any suggestions for good offshore spots from there? I'm thinking East of Chatham, Crab Ledge, and Regal Sword for starters.

I'm not sure I'm really up for a full trip to the Canyons, but I've heard people talk about catching Mahi's, BFT, and YFT 30-50 miles south of the islands which sounds more doable. Are there any particular spots one heads to down there? Or do you just head south and wait till you find birds & whales?

Feel free to PM. I'm going to be going to Nantucket the long way around, past Monomoy, and I'll collect up GPS numbers for any BFT sightings along the way and happy to share.
