Bring it on! I fished the last two years on a 33' CC and it SUCKED. This year I will be high and dry in the 35' Duffy's wheel house. You got to take what mother nature dishes out.

Big Bertha is now a Cat 1 and expected to be at tropical storm levels by tomorrow. It's now going to pass several hundred miles east of Bermuda.......

Dude, we were out there two years ago jumping makos and launching them out of the face of 8-10' waves...in a skiboat. We made it as far as the claw and found all the sporties. This year, we'll be tubin and backman is talking boogie boarding.

Ok Fish Gods, you heard it right here on SFC. Bring it on!

On the surf front, if we get an offshore wind from Sun-Tues, the south-facing beaches should be GNARLY!

Stalling for time and inching closer...

BERTHA IS CURRENTLY NEARLY STATIONARY. A DRIFT TOWARD THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN LATER TODAY AND CONTINUE INTO MONDAY. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER OF BERTHA IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY PASS NOT FAR TO THE SOUTHEAST AND EAST OF BERMUDA DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...ALTHOUGH THE MOTION COULD BE ERRATIC AT TIMES AND COULD BRING THE CENTER OF BERTHA CLOSER TO BERMUDA THAN THE FORECAST TRACK INDICATES.
