anybody got any ideas??
how many boats are fishing this year??
is the number down so we get porked.so it costd 1650

the expense got too high only an expected 120 boats. so he is eating it for most of the boat just trying to get a little back i guess. it is basically another added entry division so there will be another prize for 1st place.

So you have to pay extra to win the prize he has listed in brochure. So what exactly do you get for the entry fee? Some shitty food from the lampost and a bag of made in china pliers and a kite???

What if only 10 boats join the boat calcutta ?? I bet there will be no boat.

My guess it that every boat will do the $150.00 Calcutta, why wouldn't you? I think it's kind of BS because that is what the prize has been for a few years. i guess it's a way around moving up the entry fee again.

the boat for first just came about over the past couple years. before that you needed a state or igfa record to get a boat. i could be wrong there but pretty positive. yeah bigeye your right crappy food and the same capt bag stuff every year but we all still do it. not like everyone is in it just for a boat the big prize is calcuttas like we all know so whats the big deal another 150 on top of the 4g's your prob already spending.
