There is a BIG difference between juvies and giants....no pun intended. There are plenty of chummers, gillnetters and draggers tossing stuff over in the GOM all summer and it does not happen, even when thousands of tuna are around. That said, I do think there are certain places at certain times of year (and at certain times of day) where people could try this tactic and have success, outside of the 'normal' places stuff like this happens.
