I understand where you're coming from. But people who do things like that are (usually) mentally ill and need treatment. Chances are the best she'll get after she's out is a ban on pet ownership and occasional visits from a government representative. I just hope she doesn't have kids.

Just a quick update.

This little pitbull named patrick is recovering quite nicely at GSVS in New Jersey . It has been about 10 weeks since he was found in the trash moments from death. He is now over 40 lbs is reported to be in good health with a very good temperment towards both people and other dogs. The Staffers at GSVS say he is a very sweet and gentel dog. He shows no signs of agression, or fear towards or of people.

As you can see he is filling out nicely and has added a significant amount of body mass. He will likely bear phyical scars from his ordeal but seems none worse for the ware. His facebook page http://www.facebook.com/ThePatrickMi...iracle?sk=info has over 106 thousannd fans from around the world.

His abuser goes before a grand jury on June 2.

Lets hope she gets what she deserves.
