No baby killed on the Tammy Rose

This should stir the pot a little. I read on another forum that Capt. Eric Stewart had a charter that decked a 110" 775 lb. Giant the other day. Nice job Capt. Eric and crew. That is no baby for Sure!!!

how does it work when a charter catches a giant? does the boat own the fish or does the charter? Does the boat sell the fish...or does the charter keep the fish? just curious. back in the old days we never dealt with this. thanks!

Boat owns the fish do to federal permiting. Most boats will keep the fish and maybe offer a discount on a future charter.

That fish makes the dance floor of a cockpit on the 38' Henriques look tiny. Nice catch captain and crew, looking forward to the story.....

I'm not passing judgment here, and laws are laws, but that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
