    i do believe now correct me if im wrong but, i thought they got slapped with a nice fine for this and also correct me if im wrong but i believe that was the second one that day that they took so they got in even more trouble

    What were the tuna doing in that close in the first place? There must have been something wrong with them no? That one in the video could have swam any direction at any time.
