OldMud-

I was born, bred and raised a NC redneck.....that will NEVER change....moved to Long Island at the tender age of 23 back in 1983....stayed for 3.5 years.... Lived LOTS of places between LI until my return to the Hudson Valley, NY in 1990....between the Hudson Valley and CT I come to like the NE....just wish the summers were longer......I consider myslef a retired redneck these days......more of a southern gentleman with a yankee attitude...

Hey Guys: My name is Tommy V I've been saltwater fishing since I was 6. My dad and I fished for bass in the western part of long island sound for ever. Growing up we spent our summers in Chatham Ma. I've worked on cod boats (charters) and also spent sometime dragging sea scallops. Chatham is where the tuna bug bit me when I was 16. My captain Bill Hardy stuck a bluefin that was 1107 back at the dock. I've been tuna fishing ever since. I run with my dear friend Capt Marty Green on the GreenieIII out of Niantic, Ct. (WE will see you soon Hudson, She comes down river Tues.) Marty and I have also started G-tek lures. Glad to be aboard and looking forward to talking and maybe meeting some of you guys soon. Fish on TommyV
