Hi guys. Welcome. As you probably know, there's a bunch of guys here from the cold North. Jerry, you got balls. Big ones! Rock on. My brother has a buddy (Steve Hair?) that provides charters out of FL for folks with all sorts of handicaps. He took my Uncle Vic out...wheelchair and all and they had an awesome time. My handicap is I can't catch fish

Hello all. Busy place you have here. Very nice.
I’m Jay from Conn. Been fishing for anything that swims for the last 30 something years. Fish the entire Long Island Sound and beyond. Every puddle and pond in CT.
If you watch the “BEAT CHARLIE MOORE SHOW” this past Sat morn you saw me trying to give C.M. a lesson on Winter Over Stripers here in CT. If you didn’t get to see it I now have a shirt that states I Beat C.M. LOL it re airs on the 31 of this month if you want to catch it.
I’m a die hard Striper nut. Use lots of UL tackle, fly fish, and just about everything else in between. Been catching lots of really nice Trout in the last few weeks. I made some clips on You Tube but they have my site listed on them and I’m not sure of the rules around here. Don’t want to push anyone’s buttons.
Anyone needs any help for anything fishing or hunting in CT I’m more then willing to help you out. Just ask.
Couple shots
Blues are showing up here now
I fish for Stripers 12 months a year.
And some nice Trout from last week. These are 2 out of 40 plus fish a day for a week straight. No I won;t tell you where.
Hey All,
Just found this thread and wanted to intro myself
My name is John and i live in Douglas Ma. (southern worc County). Im 43 and have been fishing as log as i can remember. Did mostly Fresh water untill about 18 years ago when i went on my first striper charter out of Orleans with Stew, and got hooked on the salt. One thing led to another and now i am an offshore junky. I do most of my fishing with a buddy of mine Chris (Hoopa). I run a 22' proline W/A w/single 200HP Merc. That is mostly an inshore and close offshore boat. All of my Offshore fishing is done on my buddy/Fishing Partner's 26' Triton w/twin 200's
We Fish the seasons, starting with ground fishing in april untill the stripers show up around the cape. We fish for stripers untill the offshore game starts. Once the BFT show up it is offshore for Tuna or shark almost every time out unless mother nature keeps us on the hard or inshore. If we canot get out offshore it is fluke and funny fish durring the summer months. In the fall we get our last trips in out on the bank ground fishing, and then we dont wet a line untill winter when we drag the old Bassboat out and head down to CT for some winter holdover striper action.
I do reconize a bunch of names Stew, Tuna Meltdown, Old Mud, AlloyToy, FightingCouch, Seaker to mension a few and look foward to meeting the rest....

Welcome all! Talk about a diverse group of folks from many different places. Thank you all for introducing yourselves and for finding us here. Don't be shy here on the site, post on up and ask as many questions as you have. If you don't have questions then help us when we have them- post on up some advice, stories, or experiences. The important thing is to post on up.
Again, welcome to SFC and good luck to all this season!
Hello All, I am a new member and just wanted to say hello. I have been mulling around the many internet forum sites and this looks like a great site. I am pretty "green" when it comes to fishing (my second best catch was a 42" striper) and am looking to build on that. I look forward to learning from all of your experiences.
Fishgill, Fishingfool, Angler, Ote , CC and Tomthefrm !! Havn't been around much, Health issues !! Hope you all enjoy the site. Great place and people !!!!
First post: My crew is already represented pretty well on this site so I thought I might add in. My screen name is new, so the only ones who will know who I am will know that the Chumtini videos are made on my boat, thanks to chumtini. We started this season off with a bang with two trips so far, 12 Yellowfin, 1 White Marlin and 1 Blue Marlin released.
Welcome to the site sea change, hopefully you guys will be rolling out the film this summer. Nothing beats a nice video coming from out in the clear blue water. Isn't there a nice temp brake out there now you should be investigating?
