After initial positive ratings, the show has fallen off the back of the popularity bus. I dont think it cracked the top 100 cable shows last sunday. Enjoy the short run unless something changes course.

They should just put all the clowns on here on the show... Sure there will be plenty of catching footage.... The Show is not the way the tuna fishery should be depicted. They should have put the top ten percent on the show, yet then you guys would see some real bullshitting and how some work together and some just send people on wishing missions..... DOT COMS my boy and is a great guy, they totally make him look like shit and its wrong, But the dude catches fish and he def smokes the fleet most days, But for him to say he s the best its tv duh u gotta say shit like that, to make drama.. Im sure had ralphie or someone else gotten hot and caught the most out of the boats on the show, they would use the same mold they are for dot com for the other high liner............ Just like how they make Billy Monte Look like a Googan, He and his wife are the nicest people you'll ever meet. He used to catch em good years ago.. And with ralph how many of the internet heros can say they have caught 40-50 fish a year year in year out when it was a one a day fishery.. The guys a legend... Maybe a Hack now.. But there was a period were Odysea smoked em.

That "Fishing on my numbers" thing really cracked me up. I was out 3 or 4 times in November when they must have been filming and the whiting grounds off Provincetown was a PARKING LOT. I think I counted 50 or 60 boats before I gave up trying to count. (And I was just trying to steam up past all that up to Stellwagen from inside the bay). I'm thinking of renaming my boat "Weekend Warrior." Hell - I actually LIVE on Cape Cod Bay -- does that make the bay mine? Who are these googans coming down from Gloucester to fish in my bay??

THough I have to say that overall I'm still finding the show "entertaining" and it's been a great way to show my wife what the heck I do for 10 hours straight. (Well I'm usually trolling, but same idea). Also seeing the "pros" go 0 for 0 makes me feel like I'm not such an amateur after all.

I'm guessing there are a bunch of red necks down in Lousiana complaining at the truck stop that cooter and jethro on swamp people really don't know jack about catching gators.

Made for tv drama is dumb, and they're saying alot of really stupid things, but I'd still rather watch 130s going off than guys with fly rods singing the braises of 2 lb bonefish.

I work on oil rigs in the gulf and they do say that they dont know how to catch gators or size them. They say that they make the gators go nuts usually you can ease them up and hit them with a ballpin hammer. Its funny everything we think about wicked tuna they say about swamp people.

Tonights episode was much better. Some of the boring drama but just more fishing. It's getting better every week.

Last time I checked boat running I could remove the battery and hand it over to another boat. Why didn't mike or Ralph's realize that.
