Got out at the (very) low tide AM and saw nothing in Dorchester Bay, so off to Wollaston where the pogies were available, but not thick...wish I could find some bass to eat them, though!!...will try again Monday. -IHTBB

I'm Sure You're Wondering...
...well, maybe you're not, but we scored a pretty good bass at Boston Light just before slack Monday...also boat was circled by a single dogfish (Great White wannabe?) twice, then it took a chunkbait...("We're gonna need a smaller boat!")...drifted Hull Gut on the falling and finally got a bluefish to take the hook and not just the bait...this passes for a decent day this season, I guess (at least it does for me!)...boy, do I miss last year's inshore orgy!...oh, well, last two days of Summer featured some great weather and a couple of species for the table (shoulda kept the doggie?) and I was able to send my guest angler home to Vermont with fillets, too!...I hope to get another month before cryin' time! Later! -IHTBB

That Pogie boat was in the moring field Sat. morning. He never put his net in but if he's not aloud to fish in there then why is he lookin. I don,t understand how this guy goes down to the D.E.P and rewrights the rule book. It seems to me that someone's palms got greased! Anyway there was no Pogies there on Sat. I got 10 from 4 to 8 in the morning.
